Roger Tien, born in Taiwan, brings a global perspective shaped by his education at the New York School of Interior Design and his tenure at RAMSA and Yabu Pushelberg, where he served as Head Designer. His work is grounded in restraint, craftsmanship, and a deep sensitivity to place.

Talli Levine, a New York native and graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, began her career at Jeffrey Povero Architects before leading design for Douglas Elliman Marketing & New Developments. There, she shaped the visual language of residential developments across the United States. In 2019, she co-founded TalliTien.

Based in New York, TalliTien approaches design as a layered narrative. Each project begins with an exploration of history and context, unfolding through texture, proportion, color, and light. Guided by a philosophy of quiet sophistication and thoughtful minimalism, the studio creates spaces that feel intentional, enduring, and deeply human. Every detail is considered an extension of the whole—pushing the boundaries of design while remaining grounded in purpose, craft, and community.
